If you bought Rapid Response Line Filler in the container with the roll-on applicator and had a hard time getting the top off, I can help. First, the cap covering the roller ball just pulls off. It doesn't screw off. Then, to get the flow of product going, give the bottom of the container a hard push up. You'll feel or hear it open. Then turn the bottom control to get the flow moving. Use small circular motions to apply the filler to the areas on your face where you have lines.(Sometimes I use my finger to spread it, too).
