LUXURY BOTANICALS - WHAT SHOULD I USE

The surprising thing for me is finding out how many of you just use a moisturizer. Rarely do I hear of someone who uses SPF everyday. Why are we like that when we read over and over what might be better for us? Maybe we're lazy, or we're cheap, or we think the sun won't affect us.   Then one day we wake up and whine over a wrinkle or two that we didn't notice before and realize it's time to jump on board the skin care routine train before it's too late. Then, what!  What's on the market is overwhelming. Where do you start?
If you go to the cosmetic counter of a department store you can get depressed quickly by what you can't afford. If you go to the drug store you are overwhelmed by the monstrous array of products and the amount of time it takes to make  a decision.  Maybe I can make it easier.

Just keep it simple. You don't need a zillion products but you do need a few products that you will consistently use, which are formulated for your skin type or problem. A normal routine that takes very little time would to be to use a daily cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and then an exfoliator two times a week.  That's it. I guarantee if you used those few products every day you would notice a real improvement in your skin. How hard is that?Add SPF to that and you're practically perfect. Regardless of your age, if you exfoliate two times a week  your skin will always be renewing itself. You will notice it is clearer and softer.  My favorite is the Papaya Creme Enzyme Polish.  It is so mild even very sensitive skinned people can use it.  Of course, I am talking to the men in the audience, also. They have problem skin, dry skin, oily skin, rosacea, sensitive skin, etc, just like the ladies.  O.K. everybody let's do the basics.

We all get bored with what we regularly do, so once in awhile give yourself a treat.  I'm going to call these Skin Treats - try a new  cleanser  like Blueberry and Coffee Bean Exfoliating cleanser.  It smells so good you hate to stop, and it does two jobs in one.  Another thing that is fun is a masque and since it's November, how about Soft Papaya and Pumpkin Masque?  It's not the kind of masque that makes your face feel stiff.  It's a mousse!   It's so creamy and it stays that way on your face.  You could actually sleep with this hydrating masque on,  which is what some estheticians tell us to do occasionally.  It's a real skin treat!

You have my pamphlet of products which is broken down by skin types. So, find your skin type and then feel free to call me or e-mail me with any questions you might have.  It will be fun for both of us.   Cheers!  Carol       E-mail:  carol@braladybiz.com.
